Requests to delete personal data are processed within a reasonable time from receipt of the request and after verification of the identity of the requester.

However, some data may be retained when its retention is necessary:

  • for the management of a dispute or a claim

  • for security and fraud prevention reasons

Effects of suppression

Deleting personal data may result in:

  • the deletion of the customer account

  • the inability to access certain site features

  • deleting the order history
