Certain times of the year generate an exceptional volume of orders.

During these periods:
• Delivery time slots cannot be guaranteed
• Deliveries can be made at any time of day
• Some flower varieties can be replaced by equivalents
Last-minute orders
Orders placed less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to availability.
Delays beyond the company's control
The company cannot be held responsible for any delays related to:

• to weather conditions
• to exceptional logistical constraints
