TERMS OF USE OF THE WIFI NETWORK

Article 1 – Purpose
This document defines the conditions of use of the wireless Internet access service (Wi-Fi) made available by L'ATELIER FLEURISTE SARL , operating the brands VERTTIGE and GREENLAB , in its premises.
This service allows customers with a Wi-Fi compatible device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or other IEEE 802.11 compatible terminal) to access the Internet from areas covered by the establishment's network.
The service provides basic internet access, including:

IP address assignment
-
access to DNS services
-
Internet browsing
-
access to messaging services
This service does not include:
-
the provision of email addresses
-
website hosting
-
individualized technical assistance.
Article 2 – Access to the service
Free Wi-Fi access is offered to customers present in VERTTIGE and GREENLAB establishments during opening hours.
Using the network assumes that the user has properly configured Wi-Fi compatible equipment.
The establishment does not provide any technical assistance related to the configuration of users' devices.
Access to the network may be limited, suspended or interrupted at any time for technical, security or operational reasons.
Article 3 – Acceptable Use of the Service
The user agrees to use the Wi-Fi network in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
It is strictly forbidden to use the network for:

accessing illegal content
-
disseminating content that is contrary to public order or morality
-
infringe on intellectual property rights
-
to conduct fraudulent activities
-
attempting to access computer systems without authorization
-
spreading viruses or malware
-
carry out cyberattacks
-
send unsolicited bulk emails (spam)
Any misuse may result in the immediate interruption of network access.
Article 4 – Network Security
The user is informed that the Internet is an open network.
Access to public Wi-Fi can present security and privacy risks.
It is the user's responsibility to take all necessary measures to protect:

his personal data
-
his communications
-
his device
The establishment particularly recommends:

the use of secure websites (HTTPS)
-
regular software and antivirus updates
-
the use of virtual private networks (VPNs) for sensitive purposes.
Article 5 – Technical limitation
For security and network management reasons, certain uses may be limited or blocked, including:

file sharing protocols
-
peer to peer
-
some FTP connections
-
services generating excessive traffic.
The establishment reserves the right to filter or limit certain types of traffic in order to ensure fair use of the service.
Article 6 – User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for their use of the Wi-Fi network.
He is notably responsible for:

transmitted data
-
content viewed
-
activities carried out from its terminal.
The user is responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to third parties as a result of their use of the service.
Article 7 – Liability of L'ATELIER FLEURISTE SARL
L'ATELIER FLEURISTE SARL implements reasonable means to ensure the operation of the service.
However, the company cannot guarantee:

the permanent availability of the network

the quality of the flow
-
the absence of interruptions or disruptions.
The company cannot be held liable, in particular in the following cases:

service interruption
-
misuse of the network
-
incorrect configuration of the user's device
-
intrusion or virus affecting the user's device
-
force majeure.
Article 8 – Connection Data
In accordance with legal obligations applicable to Internet service providers, certain technical data related to connections may be recorded and stored for a limited period.
This data may include, in particular:

date and time of connection

connection duration
-
technical information related to the session.
This information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities as part of legal proceedings.
Article 9 – Suspension or restriction of service
L'ATELIER FLEURISTE SARL reserves the right to:

temporarily suspend network access

restrict certain features
-
block a user
in case of:
-
failure to comply with these conditions
-
misuse of the network
-
legal obligation.
Article 10 – Acceptance of Conditions
Any use of the Wi-Fi network implies full and complete acceptance of these terms of use.
