What are the delivery times from abroad?
No difference: your order goes straight to our workshop in Dakar. Before 17:00 Dakar time it is delivered the same day; after that, the next day or on the date you choose. Dakar is on UTC: one hour behind Paris in winter, two in summer; five hours ahead of New York in winter.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Dakar and its suburbs (Plateau, Almadies, Mermoz, Ouakam, Yoff, Fann, Hann, Liberté, Parcelles…), as well as Mbour and Saly. You pick the neighbourhood from the list at checkout.
How do I pay from abroad?
By Visa or Mastercard, in euros, with 3-D Secure authentication. Displayed prices are all-inclusive and delivery fees are shown before payment. From Senegal, Wave and Orange Money are also available.
How does the handover work?
Our driver calls the recipient to agree on a time, hands over the bouquet in person and takes a photo that you receive on WhatsApp. If the recipient is away, we arrange a new visit at no extra cost.
Can I stay anonymous or write a message?
Yes. You write the card message at checkout, and the "surprise delivery" option keeps the sender hidden until the handover.
